Join us for a trip to Nickelodeon Universe!

We are leaving church around 11:15am (right after the 10:00am service) to head to the mall.

We'll be there from 1-5pm and be back at church by 6pm.  An unlimited rides wristband is $40 per kid.

We are planning to carpool to the mall and hope to have parents help chaperone the kids.  Any parent/guardian chaperones who want to go on rides will have the cost of their wristband covered!

If you plan to drive, please mark it on the sheet below.  And, if you as an adult want to ride the rides, please select that below, as well!
